Why won’t my Akko Pulse 01 / AG One 8K 3950 keyboard connect to the driver, and what should I do?

If your mouse has two receivers, it is the AG One 3950 version or Pulse 01, which requires a dedicated driver and is not compatible with the Akko Cloud Driver.

• Large receiver: 8K mode
• Small receiver: 1K mode
• When switching between receivers (1K ↔ 8K), you need to re-pair the mouse with the receiver through the driver software.

The regular AG One 8K only comes with one receiver and works directly with the standard Akko Driver.
