Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order or using any service provided by Akko.

We will arrange the products to be delivered to the address indicated in your order.
An email notification will be sent when the tracking ID has been entered. You can also check the latest shipping status by logging in your account for order details or by visiting our Order Tracking page.
For US customers, all orders placed on Akko website with standard free shipping will be shipped with DHL e-commerce and USPS. All orders will typically be delivered around 10~14 days or otherwise notified. If you order multiple items at the same time, we may use FedEx Express.
For EU customers, for most orders to UK, DE and FR, we will normally ship over to the destination country in 3~5 business days and then hand over to the local post office (like Royal Mail for UK) for final delivery. If you order multiple items at the same time, we may use DHL Express.
All packages to EU should be expected to be delivered within 7~15 business days.
For Philippine customers, all orders placed on Akko website will be shipped with FedEx.
For Australian customers, all orders placed on Akko website will be shipped with Australian Post and should be expected to deliver around 10 days.
For other regions, you can go to the checkout page, and select your country to see the estimated delivery range.

Akko is unable to satisfy individual requests from users on the specific carrier to use for a specific order. If you leave a PO.Box address for your order, we may have to cancel your order.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours prior to the shipment. Please visit the Contact us page to complete the form or send a request directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A confirmation will be sent once your cancellation request is processed.
After 24 hours, you may still send the request and Akko will try its best to retrieve the package from the carrier but there is no guarantee that it will be processed.
Right to Change Terms and Conditions
Akko may, at any time and from time to time, change these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting of the changed terms and conditions on the Site. You agree to review these terms and conditions periodically, and use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Akko reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Akko Online Store pages at any time without notice, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If a pricing mistake occurs on the Akko Online Store, you agree that Akko will not be bound by that incorrect price, unless you have already been charged. In case of pricing errors on the website or made in connection with your order, we will send you notifications to allow you to continue your transactions at the correct price, or cancel your order without any cost on your side.

Return and Refund
a) Return Window
Please return your product within 30 days of your receipt upon delivery, except as otherwise noted on the product detail page.
b) Complete Package Rule
Please return the product with its original packaging, including manuals, novelty keycaps and keycap puller that comes with the unit for a full refund. Returns with incomplete/materially different packages may enable sellers to charge a restocking fee up to 15% subject to the completeness of the package. We do not charge a restocking fee for normal wear of use on the keyboard.
An automatic refund will be issued within 3~5 business days of the receipt of your return.
d) Return Shipping
We are matching the return policy implemented in mainstream eCommerce website such as eBay and Amazon.
Akko pays for return shipping if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match the listing description.
When customers decide to return a product at no fault of Akko (for reasons such as “unwanted items” “I no longer needs this”), they are responsible for the return shipping.
We have US and CN warehouse to accept returns.
For customers outside USA, you will need to send the package to either our US or CN warehouse.
If the item needs to be returned because of Akko’s responsibility and issues, we will reimburse the shipment up to $20 per package.
e) Refuse delivery. Refusing the delivery of international package may result in disposal by the carrier if the shipment is with 4PX. Note Akko will only refund you when we receive the return package, and any cost generated by return shipping of the refused package will be deducted from the refund amount.
