Why can’t my Pulse 01 / AG One 8K 3950 mouse connect with the small receiver?
The 3950 version of this mouse and Pulse 01 comes with two receivers:

Large receiver = 8K

Small receiver = 1K
When switching from 1K to 8K (or 8K to 1K), you need to re-pair the mouse with the receiver in the driver software.
Pairing steps:

Open the driver software from [Driver v1.0.0.43 (2024.11.18)]

Go to the Pairing option.

Plug in the receiver you want to use (1K or 8K). Please set the mouse into pairing mode (hold the mouse pairing button for 3 seconds until the indicator flashes rapidly), then bring it close to the receiver and click ‘Start Pairing’or press the spacebar on the keyboard.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
