The Cream Yellow and Sakura Pink magnetic switches version of the Akko magnetic keyboards are designed to support only downward-facing S-pole magnetic switches, such as Outemu beige pink. If you plan to use switches from other brands, be aware that some may have additional legs that need to be trimmed. It’s essential to consider the structure of the magnet.

Newer magnetic switch keyboards—such as the Astrolink Magnetic Switches version of Year of the Dragon keyboard and the TAC75 HE keyboard—only support N-pole-down magnetic switches. Examples include:
