The plate of SPR67 is exclusively supported by springs, that you can select to adjust the flexibility.
Akko provides 3 sets of springs with different forces so that you can make it stiff or flex by your own.

Verified BuyerReally amazing DIY kit for the price. I would give it 5 stars, however, the stabilizers are pretty awful. I managed to tame the rattle a decent amount by lubing the stabilizers like crazy, but the space bar is still pretty horrendous to listen to.
