1) When purchasing a gift card, please provide a recipient email. The gift card code will be delivered to the specified email inbox.
2) Enter the received code during checkout or in the shopping cart to redeem your purchases.
3) The gift card amount is applicable to all purchases on the Akko global store.

1. Can the gift card be used outside of Akko global store?
No, eGift cards can only be used on en.akkogear.com.
2. Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Is it possible to redeem a new gift card using a gift card?
No, it is not possible.
4. How long is the gift card valid?
eGift Cards won’t expire.
5. After using the gift card to purchase a product, can the product be returned?
Yes. Please check our warranty and service statement.
6. Can I use the Gift Card code with another Gift Card?
Yes, enter the Gift Card in its specified section during checkout, click apply, and then enter another Gift Card (if any) after.
