Why Does My Keyboard Battery Show 1% When Connected via Bluetooth?

This issue occurs when the wireless keyboard is used in Bluetooth mode while the USB cable is still plugged in. During this time, the lithium battery is charging but not supplying power, causing the battery information to show as 1%.

To resolve this, switch the keyboard to the WIN or MAC system setting and unplug the USB cable. This will restore the battery to its power supply function. In Bluetooth 5.0 mode, the correct battery signal will be captured, and the accurate battery power information will be displayed.
