My Keyboard cannot be detected by Akko Cloud Driver/Web Driver
-
Check Connection Mode: Ensure the keyboard is in wired mode (USB Type-C). The Akko Web Driver (based on the HID protocol, which doesn’t support wireless connections) and the Mac App driver do not support Bluetooth connections. For most models, you may need to plug in the USB cable and press Fn+U to switch to wired mode.

Verify Driver Compatibility: Different keyboard models require specific software versions. Please verify that your device is supported by the driver you have installed. You can check the list of supported models for each driver version on our download page: https://en.akkogear.com/download/

Use a Direct Connection: Connect the keyboard directly to a USB port on your computer. Avoid using USB hubs, splitters, or docking stations, as these can interfere with the driver’s ability to communicate with the hardware.
