Computer can not recognize my keyboard even when I use it in wired mode( plug the USB cable in).

You should try to replace another USB cable and another USB port to see whether the Drive or the PC could find the keyboard.

And you should check what the computer displays when you plug off and plug in the keyboard’s USB cable.

If  it comes out the massage “USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it”, it mostly like that  your inner interface cable has some problems. You could contact support@akkogear.com for more help.

If it comes out nothing, you should try to contact support@akkogear.com for further help since it may be a firmware or a hardware problem.
