U.S. Shipping Policy Updates
Due to the recent U.S. policy to impose tariffs on all products from China (no longer exempting goods under $800), some unshipped orders may experience delays. We are currently awaiting specific, final implementation guidelines from U.S. Customs regarding the tariff process (detailed steps are still pending).
We expect them to give more guidelines by 8th.
All orders already placed and shipped from U.S. warehouses will NOT be affected. To adapt to this policy, we will increase the use of U.S.-based warehouses and prioritize shipping from the U.S. to minimize the impact on our American customers. For current orders, if you already received a tracking ID, then it will NOT be impacted. For the rest of the orders, we will deliver them to customers as soon as possible.
However, due to the new policy, additional time may be required to confirm compliance procedures. If the order is a gift or you need them urgently, we recommend upgrading to FedEx shipping for faster delivery. For any questions, feel free to contact support@akkogear.com.
