It’s beautiful and I absolutely love how it sounds, all it needed was a bit of lube in the spacebar stabs and it’s basically perfect
Absolutely gorgeous keyboard. The wood is one cohesive piece, and is beautifully manufactured, and the brass accent is a nice touch. The whole board is incredibly stable and a joy to type on. The Akko Rosewood switches are heavenly; the sound is absolutely the lowest, most satisfying sound from any switches I've ever tried. I did end up switching out the springs for something a little heavier, mostly because the stock rosewoods didn't allow some of the bigger keys like the spacebar to bounce back properly with an alternate set of MOA profile keycaps I added. I swapped out the keycaps because I was not a fan of the style of the legends on the Autumn set that came with the keyboard originally. The colors were nice, but the legends were difficult to distinguish and the somewhat futuristic typeface used seemed at odds with the style of the rest of the board.
This keyboard is awesome. It has a lot of really cool features I didn't expect, like being able to control volume and a bunch of other common computer functions with just keyboard inputs. The sound is very pleasant too, it's very soft and quiet but still sounds satisfying and feels good to use. It kind of sounds like a bag of large marbles, so it's not very clicky or loud. I use it for work in the office and love it.
First of all, the shipping was much faster than I had expected. Only 10 days. The keyboard arrived in perfect condition. The sound is exquisite (I use the Akko Rosewood Switches). I love it. The wood finishes are well done and the construction itself is great. I would recommend it to my friends :D
Excellent quality. Finding a good quality wood base keyboard at a reasonable price is not easy at all. But I am happy with not only the quality, but the ease of setting this up. Sounds good and looks good right out the box. I did change the keycaps to better fit my aesthetic. Would definitely recommend.
keyboard is wonderful, for the price u got it i’d say the best bang for my buck so far!
This keyboard exceeded my expectations. It gorgeous and the sound profile is just right. First, the case is all wood, polished with a finish that is subtle and smooth (not like a sticky or tacky varnish). The keyboard has a hefty weight. Keycaps appear to be thick and have a matte finish that is wonderful to touch. It looks just as it does in the photos, but the quality is much higher than I expected. As for the typing experience, it is a smooth linear action that I would say is a touch lighter than the average red. The spacebar in particular is a joy to press, without any trace of ticking or hollowness. As for the sound, I would describe it as similar to rolling high-quality dice. It has a medium tone, and is neither thocky nor clacky. It does have a nice pop, however, and although not quite marbly the sound is what you expect from the photos if that makes sense. It's honestly one of my favorite keyboards to type on, and I own over a dozen. Overall, this is a highly recommended product if you are OK with the 60% form factor (no numpad or function row.) And while the Chinese characters won't actually help you type in Chinese, it is very artistically done and lovely to look at.
