The Limited Edition Akko Year of Dragon Keyboard
Disclaimer: the keyboard does NOT support mechanical switches. However, you can purchase the PCBA separately that supports 5-pin mechanical switches.
Hall sensors are sensitive to temperature variations, resulting in potential significant changes to the magnetic field of the keyboard during transportation, influenced by temperature and environmental shifts (imagine shipping from California to Maine).
To optimize your typing experience, we recommend promptly upgrading to the latest firmware upon receiving the keyboard. Additionally, manually calibrate the keyboard through ‘About – Maximum Key Travel Calibration – Start Calibration’ by gently pressing every key.
Note: The keyboard auto-calibrates every second. Manual calibration is only needed initially and after resets or updates.
Roar Mode enhances your keyboard input speed by ensuring the fastest response from each key after activation. Please note that the backlight will be disabled in Roar Mode to ensure optimized performance. Additionally, Roar Mode may impact the input simulator.
*Click above to set up to four keys for Roar mode activation.
Ultra-accurate typing experiences adjustable in 0.1mm. Applying for the electromagnetic principle, operated by Hall effect sensing.
Providing a global 8000Hz polling rate, this enhancement increases operational data sent per second to 8x, ensuring near-zero latency control.
Roar Mode: Ultra and Consistent Performance up to 4 Keys and Bypassing Potential Environmental Interference.
MOD 007 V3 HE Year of Dragon utilizes an pre-builded FR4 plate and a brass plate for a stiffer and higher-pitched sound profile.
Cyan is a lucky color in Chinese culture, which represents hope and honor. In Chinese mythology, Cyan Dragon is in charge of the east section of the heave, the department of spring, nature and vital wood.
AKKO’s designers draw upon the elements of the Cyan Dragon as a foundation, refining and innovating.
The case undergoes an extremely intricate three tone anodization process. Enable the keyboard to have enhanced tactile sensation, be more durable, and scratch-resistant.
TGL, or Toggle Key, transforms a key into a toggle switch. When you press this switch, you can activate one of two scenarios: either continuously hold down the key/function, or trigger the key/function multiple times at a high frequency.
Pressing a key can trigger four different key operations. Depending on your keypress force: a light press triggers action 1, a deeper press activates action 2, and releasing the key also supports a two-stage key setting.
Rapid Trigger removes any delay caused by the physical movement of the switch. Instead of relying on a fixed actuation like conventional mechanical keyboards, it immediately activates and deactivates the key with minimal travel, which is ideal for FPS gaming.
Settings are stored on the hardware, and there is no need to activate the software in the background.
Snap Key is Akko’s implementation of SOCD, which prioritizes the most recent keypress for swift directional changes without releasing previous inputs. This ensures fluid and responsive control, especially in FPS games, where quick reactions and precise movements are crucial.
Mod Tap is a design that provides convenience for gaming. It enables the creation of dedicated or dual-functional keys based on key press behavior.
A single keypress can achieve two functions: holding down the key for one function, and press the key for another.
With gamepad mode, the keyboard can be switched between a joystick for racing games and a regular keyboard for typing. Akko magnetic switch keyboard offers preset analog input response curves and customizable settings as game controller.
With advanced 5-sided dye sublimation technology, the keycaps feature vibrant and colorful printing across every surface. Made from durable PBT materials, the legends will not fade easily.

Not a huge keeb nerd but I gotta say, this keyboard is perfection. Straight out the box the details on the keycaps and base are immaculate, and the cream switches make an incredible sound. I couldn’t be happier!
Tastiera eccezionale, super solida e gli attuatori magnetici sono super, se devo dare un consiglio, Svecchieta i programma di gestione tastiera che è incasinato.
great keeb with excellent build quality
I love it. I don't have much experience with keyboards, so I can't provide a highly detailed review, but I'll do my best. The keyboard is built with high-quality materials, which I can definitely appreciate. There are no strange noises when using or moving it around. I also love the way it sounds, which makes me particularly happy, especially since I've seen many people online complaining about it. I haven't switched the backplate (if that's what it's called) to the brass one yet, so I can't comment on how that sounds. The design is simply astonishing. The details on the frame and keycaps, like the dragon motifs, make it a standout piece. It speaks for itself and adds a unique aesthetic to my setup. The software can be a bit confusing to use at first, but it's manageable once you get the hang of it. I tried the rapid trigger settings that the software automatically applies, and despite what others have said, I personally didn't encounter any issues while playing competitive FPS games like CS2. My only complaint is with the USB cable that came with the keyboard. Every time I boot up my PC, the keyboard isn't recognized, it doesn't respond well to inputs, and the RGB lights don't turn on. The only way I found to fix this was to unplug and plug the cable back in. I "fixed" this issue by replacing the cable with a different one. I'm sure there are other solutions, but this worked for me.
Feels very nice to type on. Hall effect keys work very well. Design looks great. Did have some issues with the key not activating when fully pressed down when the press and up distances were equal. Setting the press to slightly less than the up distance seems to fix this issue. The rotary knob has a nice design and good texture on the top, although it could have more grip on the sides to make it easier to turn. Software is a little confusing with it's layer and profile mechanics, but otherwise works well enough. Switches have a nice clacky sound, with the backspace having an especially nice marbly sound profile. Stabilizers are good, there isn't too much wobble and are smooth. Overall I'd personally consider it one of if not the best looking HE prebuilt keyboards on the market currently.
Only had the keyboard for a day now but it feels absolutely incredible to type on and play games with the build quality is nothing less than perfection. My only gripe would be that I am finding the software for it to be a little confusing on my end but I not to experienced with it so I think I can learn it.
Gosh the entire package is fantastic, I loved the design! The base is weighted, so the entire keyboard is relatively heavy and stable when you are using it. The key switches are just so smooth, feel fantastic, and sound excellent. I love how you can customize the travel distance for every key through their cloud software. The LED lights look great and come with like 15 options, or you can design your LED layout.
Its music to my ears when I am typing, and a blessing to my small tiny fingers while playing FPS. Akko does not disappoint and definitely recommend it for those who wants a budget but high quality magnetic switch keyboard.
